Penny Rackley, Certified Life Coach
Each month, Penny leads LifeInspired, a group coaching session designed for personal introspection and renewal. The session is always free of charge and open to everyone.
Penny’s first love has always been helping people see, know and accept themselves for their own individual strengths and values. She greatly enjoys guiding others to define their dreams, set meaningful goals and live with certainty and passion.

Flower Mound Walking Women
This ladies’ walking group is sociable, fun and free! Walking and hiking the Flower Mound/Grapevine trails in all types of weather, the Flower Mound Walking Women focus on fitness, a healthy lifestyle and staying connected to other active women.

Josh Witte – “The Trail Dude”
Inspire Yoga and Wheaties™ are proud to sponsor local trail runner and running coach, Josh Witte – also known as “The Trail Dude.” Josh’s training program teaches runners to transition from road running into the highly popular world of trail running. Jennifer Wilford - You Go Girl
Jennifer Wilford, RRCA certified distance running coach
An enthusiastic student in yoga teacher training at Inspire Yoga and five-time Boston Marathon runner, Jennifer builds customized running plans for men and women from 5K to marathon distances. She also leads a women's running/walking group, You Go Girl, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings where all paces are welcome. Those short on experience, but long on motivation are encouraged.
