After leaving San Francisco, he lived in the mountains of Colorado for 7 years, where he enjoyed skiing, hiking and biking. Brendan was practicing regularly while living in Denver and decided to take a Power Yoga teacher training at CorePower Yoga. “At first I didn’t think of myself as a teacher, but I wanted to know more about yoga. I had this strong desire to study it and learn as much as I could.” After completing the training in April 2010, Brendan knew he wanted to share his knowledge and continue to learn through teaching.
Brendan grew up in Dallas and since moving back to the area, he has enjoyed getting to know the local yoga community. “I love making new friends through yoga!”
