Bethany Dotson
RYT200, Instructor
Bethany teaches Inspire Vinyasa and Renew classes at Inspire Yoga and is available for personal lessons focused on creating a true love of the practice. Bethany's classes are invigorating and fun while incorporating a dash of dharma to inspire each practice.
Bethany found her way to yoga as a stressed out, depressed, anxiety-ridden college student in 2002. One liberating savasana later – she was in love. In 2006 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of acting where the realities of rejection and pavement pounding continuously drove her to her mat for much needed comfort, strength, and inward reflection. In 2011, she completed her 200HR RYT with Rising Lotus Yoga in Los Angeles and is incredibly grateful for all of her amazing teachers including Max Strom, Claire Hartley, Daniel Stewart, Brian Kest and the many, many others along the way.
"I believe that yoga heals, removes fears, opens hearts and allows us to reconnect with our already perfect, true nature." Bethany strives to inspire her students to greater heights in the practice physically, mentally and emotionally. When not teaching or practicing, you can find her working on dream #2: completing her BA in French, with the hopes of one day teaching and living in France.
DeAnna Chiovera
RYT200, Instructor
DeAnna teaches Empower and Yin classes at Inspire Yoga. DeAnna leads from a perspective that the practice is challenging as is life, but we don't have to struggle to keep up. Her passion for the practice began when teaching "old School" aerobics and boot camp classes started to take a toll on her body. Her first experience with yoga proved to be life changing. She found the practice to be challenging and calming at the same time. She was able to reach places not just on a physical level but a spiritual level as well. She found freedom and relief from her day to day life on her mat. "I am a better Mother to my two boys, Xavier and Giuseppe, and a better wife to Joseph of 18+ years."
DeAnna has trained with some of the best teachers in the world and carries a little of them with her in her everyday. She is a 200 RYT through the Baron Baptiste Institute and also does voice-over work for Radio and TV.
