Mommies to be…
Prenatal Yoga is a safe, practical, and beneficial form of exercise to practice during pregnancy. Practicing yoga throughout your pregnancy can help to soothe aches and pains, reduce stress levels, teach you to relax, and prepare you for childbirth and motherhood.
The Inspired Mamas class teaches movement, breath, and postures that can both mentally and physically help you during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and beyond. Prenatal Yoga is recommended for mommies-to-be in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters with physician/midwife approval for exercise. It is a 60 minute practice recommended on a regular basis throughout your pregnancy.
INSPIREDmommies is led by Inspire Yoga owner, Bethaney Pilat :: E-RYT, MA-Education, BS-Elementary Education, BA-Communication. Bethaney practiced yoga throughout her pregnancy, labor and natural childbirth of her son in 2007. After experiencing a pain-free pregnancy, a quick and progressive labor, and a focused and natural birth, Bethaney now intelligently and playfully incorporates all the skills, tricks, and techniques available to expectant mothers into the classes she teaches to her students. She is trained in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga through Mamaste' Yoga by Karen Prior.
Mommy & Me…
Mommy & Me Postnatal Yoga offers a fun and interactive yoga practice with a certified and experienced Pre/Postnatal Yoga instructor and the unique opportunity to move with your baby in a supportive environment.
You are welcome to begin postnatal yoga classes at 6 weeks after delivery or when your doctor has released you for exercise. Mommy & Me Yoga is a 50 minute class practiced until your baby is crawling.

Prenatal Yoga
For mommies-to-be in the second and third trimesters. A doctor's release is required to attend.
* We currently are not running a Prenatal-specific series. Alternately, we have three class formats on our regular schedule that are pregnancy-appropriate (yin, renew and spark). Please contact the studio if you have questions about what classes are best for you to attend.
Postnatal Yoga
For new mommies and babies beyond four to six weeks post-partum until baby is crawling. A doctor's release is required to attend.
There are currently no Pre or Postnatal specific workshops running. Please call or visit Inspire Yoga to express interest in forming a group.







Children's Yoga and movement classes help develop and improve your child’s strength, flexibility, coordination, and mood while using a combination of fun yoga, exercises, games, storytelling, music, and breathing activities. Through the Inspired Kids program, we strive to learn self-awareness and build respect for ourselves and others. This is a class designed especially for the child’s mind and body! Inspired Kids is a 40-50 minute class for children ages 3 through 12.
